Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar shoot for Atrangi Re

Since its inception, Atrangi Re has been making a lot of hype in the media. Actors  Sara Ali Khan, Dhanush, and Akshay Kumar were seen shoot for Atrangi Re at Taj Mahal in Agra. This is the first time that the trio will be collaborating on a project. Meanwhile, the shooting schedule for the same thing began a few weeks ago with BTS images and videos running on social media.

In the latest series of photographs, while Akshay is seen clad in Mughal-period garments. While Sara is seen wearing a pink ghagra choli; Dhanush, on the other hand, was also spotted, but not clad in period costumes. Exclusive photographs of Khiladi Kumar and Sara from the movie sets at the historic Taj Mahal on Monday were taken by the paparazzi.

Sara Ali Khan’s attempt at rhyming gives Akshay Kumar a headache

Sara also took Instagram to share a video where she could see the arrival of Akshay, who is seen in a Mughal outfit paired with a headgear. The video recorded Sara saying, ‘While the Taj is wahan, Mr Kumar is yahan’, to which Akshay says that people who try always win in the end, referring to Sara’s attempts at rhyming.

In the month of March, when Sara was shooting for the movie in Varanasi she mentioned to India.com “He is truly someone I can turn to for any kind of help. This year has been extremely hard for everyone. He has been there for me as a rock. On March 19, I was in Banaras shooting with him and returned to Mumbai the next day. Every third day during the lockdown, I’d tell him please take me back, I want to start shooting. Working with him has been a spectacular experience. I cannot wait to start our third schedule, hopefully very soon.”

In good time, Akshay shared a boomerang video of himself whirling in front of the Taj Mahal entrance. In the caption, he wrote, ‘Wah Taj!

A few hours ago, Dhanush took to Instagram to post a BTS photo of the sets in which he could be seen standing in front of the Taj Mahal. For the undiscovered, Atrangi Re is his third Bollywood movie after Raanjhana and Shamitabh. Aanand L. Rai is directing the romantic drama. Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Himanshu Sharma are the Co-Producers of the movie. In comparison, the music master AR Rahman is writing the songs for the same.

Sara Ali Khan, Dhanush, and Akshay Kumar to finish shoot for Atrangi Re before release in the month of Valentine’s day in 2021.
