Top Apple Products which are actually worth buying

Apple is one of the few firms that can claim to have had as much impact on the world of technology as it has. Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Facebook are all in the same category, but Apple’s software and hardware integration is nearly unrivalled. In recent years, the business has assembled a diverse array of gadgets that combine cutting-edge technology with elegant, high-end designs.

Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak transformed their garage pastime into a corporation 45 years ago today, and the world hasn’t been the same since. Apple has continued to reshape the landscape with groundbreaking devices that are both enjoyable and drop-dead stunning, from the first Mac through the iPod, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and everything in between.

It wasn’t easy, but here are our top favourite Apple products of all time.

1. The newest iPad Air

There are plenty of tablets on the market today, and we evaluated devices from Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, and others when compiling our list of the best tablets. None of them, though, could compete with Apple’s newest iPads.

The 2020 Apple iPad Air took first place in our tests, but the normal iPad and iPad Pro came in second and third, respectively. What distinguishes it from the competition? We were blown away by the Air’s sleek, contemporary look, incredible processing power, and long battery life. This model boasts a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display that produces a bright image, and it weighs less than a pound.

2. Apple Watch Series 5 (GPS)

Since its initial debut in 2015, Apple has greatly improved the Apple Watch, and the Series 5 is by far its greatest offering.

The Watch comes in two sizes: 40MM (millimetre) and 44MM (millimetre), with or without LTE connectivity. The 40MM GPS version is the perfect size and includes all of the same functionality as the previous versions (sans cellular networking). The always-on display on this iteration of Apple Watch is the most significant upgrade. You used to have to flick your wrist up to activate the device’s screen, but now you can see it at a glance. Apple has accomplished this while maintaining the Apple Watch’s 18-hour battery life.

Fall detection is a function on the Series 5 Apple Watch that detects whether you’ve fallen hard by measuring the rate at which you’ve fell and how your arms moved. If you don’t answer within 30 seconds, it will send you an alert and a message to a designated emergency contact. With extremely few false positives, this function is clever enough to only trigger when you’ve experienced a significant fall.

The Apple Watch Series 5 encourages you to fill out its three “rings” by standing up once an hour, exercising for more than 30 minutes, and burning a certain number of calories to promote a healthy lifestyle. As your fitness improves, you may boost all of these goals. All of this health information is immediately saved in Apple’s Health app for iOS, which you can use to track your progress or present to your doctor.

3. The super-sleek MacBook Air

The new MacBook Air is the brand’s thinnest and lightest notebook, beating out laptops from HP, Dell, Acer, and other manufacturers in our best laptops tests. The device’s crazy-powerful M1 CPU, long battery life, and wonderfully smooth trackpad and keyboard are just a few of its strengths. Plus, I can attest to the laptop’s quality because I’m doing this essay on the same model!

The new MacBook Air’s M1 CPU, which produces 60% more power than its predecessor and allows it to compete with computers twice its price, is one of the most significant upgrades. It also includes an 8-core CPU with up to 5-times quicker graphics, as well as a retina display with vivid colours and unrivalled detail. This MacBook also offers an incredible battery life of up to 18 hours, allowing you to work longer while charging less.

The MacBook Pro has most of these capabilities as well, but we think most consumers will be content with the less priced Air, which leaves nothing to be desired!

4. The latest iPhone Pro

The iPhone 12 Pro has to be included in any list of the top Apple devices. This smartphone includes the same A14 Bionic technology that stunned us in the iPad Air, as well as 5G for faster wireless speeds and improved performance on crowded networks.

The iPhone 12 Pro includes a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with a ceramic barrier for increased drop protection, and it also has a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display that runs from edge-to-edge for a super slim aesthetic. (The iPhone 12 Pro Max is 6.7 inches if you want something even bigger.) The 12 Pro has industry-leading water resistance and up to 17 hours of video playback per charge.

One of the smartphone’s key selling features, though, is its three 12-megapixel cameras, which have been upgraded. This new camera technology, according to Apple, takes 87 percent better low-light images, has a 5x optical zoom capability, and produces improved Night Mode portraits. So, if you’re often using your phone to capture memories, this model is right up your alley.

5. AirPods Pro

Apple’s AirPods Pro are the company’s newest product, but they’re also the greatest set of completely wireless earphones on the market right now.

ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) is its main feature, which shuts out persistent noise (think jet engines and bustling streets) with astonishing precision. I’ve used AirPods Pro while travelling and wandering around New York City, and I’ve been pleased by how little outside noise gets in. Because you’re not attempting to drown out the world with ANC, you can listen to music at a lower volume, which is better for your hearing.

These earphones have a gummy tip that fits into your ear and creates a barrier around your eardrum to insulate it. The AirPods Pro come with three sizes of ear tips (S/M/L), so you can select the right fit for your ears. I’ve had issues obtaining a comfortable fit with gummy-tipped earbuds in the past, but I haven’t had that problem with this set.

The AirPods Pro can play music for up to five hours on a single charge (depending on your listening level and ANC settings), and its charging case can provide an extra 18 hours of battery life. The case may be charged by using a Lightning cable to connect it to a power adapter or by placing it on a wireless charging pad. You may use any wireless charging pad, but we prefer this one from Anker since it can charge both the AirPods Pro and a smartphone (iPhone or Android) at full speed.

If you’re searching for a pair of completely wireless earbuds with the same amount of noise cancellation as an over-ear pair of headphones, the AirPods Pro are a great option.
