New Nokia Air Conditioners Launched by Flipkart in India

E-commerce website Flipkart made an announcement of the launch of Nokia Air Conditioners. This signifies Nokia’s launch into the Indian home appliances market. The portfolio of Nokia air conditioner (AC) will include several models that are all be to be believed to be manufactured in India.

Flipkart confirms that Nokia air conditioners are designed exclusively for Indian consumers. Flipkart also says the ACs come with anti-corrosive 100% copper internals with self-cleaning technology. Here is everything You Need to Know about the new Nokia Air Conditioners:

Price in India

The Nokia AC by Flipkart will be available for purchase from 29 December with an introductory price of Rs. 30,999.

The online store is yet to offer clear information about the variants it introduces to the market. It did, however, specify in a press release that there will be five variants—different in terms of tons and energy efficiency.

The Nokia line of AC comes with exclusive features such as customizable inverter mode, environmentally conscious R-32 coolant, intelligent motion sensors and Wi-Fi-connected smart climate control. To provide balanced and hygienic ventilation, the air conditioners are put with a variety of 6-in-1 filters and negative ionizers.

A four-in-one customizable inverter mode as well as self-cleaning technology will also be included in the Nokia Air Conditioner line.

Smart technology assistance is one of the main features of Nokia’s air conditioners. They are fitted with an Intelligent Motion Sensor and have ifeel technology. Flipkart claims that air conditioners support smart features such as a remote phone, smart filter clean alert, multiple scheduler, personalized user profiles, and smart diagnosis.

“Smart home appliances have paved their way into households that ask for ‘more’ from their devices, and hence with this latest launch of Nokia air conditioners we wanted to bring innovation beyond just cooling – to give both multifunctional and environmentally friendly experience to consumers,” mentioned Dev Iyer, Vice President of Private Brands, Flipkart in the press release.

He also said, “We are excited to extend our collaboration with Nokia to bring ‘Made-in-India’ Nokia ACs to consumers.  Smart home appliances have paved their way into households that ask for ‘more’ from their devices, and hence with this latest launch of Nokia air conditioners we wanted to bring innovation beyond just cooling – to give both multifunctional and environmentally friendly experience to consumers.”

Flipkart has already introduced other Nokia electronics. Smart TVs, Android TV-based streaming services, and recently launched a Nokia laptop priced at Rs 59,999.
