OMG 2 Update: Akshay Kumar Will Reflect On Important Social Issues
Pankaj Tripathi also appears in Akshay Kumar’s forthcoming flick OMG 2, which he teased. He uploaded the brief video clip just hours after releasing the first poster for his upcoming project.

OMG 2, the sequel to Akshay Kumar’s 2012 film OMG – Oh My God!, has begun filming. Along with Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam are expected to act in the film. Paresh Rawal, Mithun Chakraborty, and Mahesh Majrekar played significant parts in the original.
Akshay shared an update about the project on his official social media accounts. “Need your prayers and wishes for #OMG2, our honest and sincere attempt to reflect on an important social issue,” he wrote on the film’s posters. “May Adiyogi’s immortal energy bless us on this voyage.”
OMG 2 is produced by Cape of Good Film, Vipul D Shah, Rajesh Bahl, and Ashwin Varde and written and directed by Amit Rai. It’s a follow-up to the 2012 film OMG – Oh My God. Paresh Rawal, who filed a lawsuit against God for destroying his shop in an earthquake, was featured in the first chapter of the film. Mithun Chakraborty also appeared in the film.
