Mission Impossible 7 : Everything You Need To Know

Tom Cruise has hardly aged a day, which is surprising for a man who’s probably the most overworked stuntman in Hollywood right now. After the incredible lengths he went to for Mission: Impossible – Fallout, he’s back at Mission Impossible 7. One can only hope for more!

It is the seventh installment of the Mission Impossible film series and the third film in the series to be directed by McQuarrie, following Rogue Nation and Fallout.

Reportedly, the team was supposed to shoot the part 7 and 8 back to back. With the advent of COVID-19, everything got delayed. As of September 2020, after five months of delays, filming eventually restarted in Norway for some dramatic mountain stunts, then moved to Rome, Italy, in early October for a high-octane car chase through the city’s streets.

Mission Impossible 7: Tom Cruise Spotted in Rome

Tom Cruise was in action on Monday (October 12) shooting the latest Mission: Impossible movie in Rome. The Hollywood star and castmate Hayley Atwell were filming on the city’s famous Fori Imperiali boulevard, which lies between Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum.

The scene revolved around a car chase with a black BMW M5 and several Italian police cars. In addition to a motorcycle and a special forces police truck. Cruise appeared in good spirits, smiling and waving to cameras.

Who’s starring in Mission Impossible 7?

The returning cast members Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg (who has also seen in Rome by paparazzi photos), Rebecca Ferguson, and Vanessa Kirby. 

Returning from the first film, Henry Czerny as IMF boss Kittridge. Joining Atwell in the new-to-the-franchise space are Shea Whigham and Esai Morales (both of whom were a part of the Norway train chase shoot). Along with Morales rumored to be the movie’s big bad (taking over a role that had previously been assigned to Nicholas Hoult) and Pom Klementieff.

So, yes, this is a truly all-star affair. The fans are in for a ride with this merchandise!

When is MI7 going to release?

Currently, the film is scheduled to be released on November 19, 2021. Anyway, it seems optimistic, especially because Mission: Impossible 8 is scheduled for November 4, 2022. But if anybody can pull off the impossible, it’s the Mission Impossible team.
