Akshay Kumar: Laxmmi Bomb Trailer is Out!
Akshay Kumar is back again with another rib-tickling comedy. The trailer of Akshay Kumar’s horror-comedy Laxmmi Bomb released on Friday and it is a complete laugh riot.
WHAT DOES AKSHAY KUMAR’S FILM TRAILER SAYS?
Going by the trailer, it can be said that the film that also stars Kiara Advani, Lubna Salim and Rajesh Sharma, is a perfect blend of comedy, suspense and thriller.
Kiara Advani plays the role of Akshay Kumar’s wife in the film. The trailer starts with Akshay declaring, “Jis din sach mein mere samne bhut aaya na toh maa kasam chudiya pehen lunga.”
Moreover, after a dance sequence of Akshay and Kiara, the duo can be seen entering her parents’ (played by Lubna Salim and Rajesh Sharma) house.
What follows next are rib-tickling scenes of Akshay making the lives of the family members hard after being possessed by a ghost – not just any ghost but a transgender ghost.

Also, a few hours before the trailer dropped on the Internet, Akshay Kumar shared a picture of himself and Kiara Advani from the film on social media. The actor is seen donning a black attire worn by sheikhs, while Kiara looks resplendent in a golden dress.

Recently, Akshay Kumar had shared a video on social media, in which he is seen asking viewers to keep the popcorn ready and prepare for the release of the film.
Moreover, the video begins with the actor, all dressed up in a suit, preparing to watch the film within the comfort of his home.
Lastly, he says “Latest movies ghar aa rahi hain, sab kuch perfect hona chahie.” Then, the video switches over to Alia Bhatt, who is trying to find the perfect spot to watch the film. The video also features Kunal Kemmu, Kiara Advani, and others.

However, Laxmmi Bomb marks Akshay Kumar’s second project with Kiara Advani (Good Newwz) and Lubna Salim (OMG – Oh My God!).
Also, the movie is a remake of the 2011 Tamil film Kanchana and it has been directed by Raghava Lawrence, who also helmed the original.
However, it was supposed to release on May 22 but got delayed due to coronavirus pandemic.
Finally! The film will now release on November 9 on Disney+Hotstar.
