Tarsons Products, an Indian labware company, announced today the allotment status of its initial public offering (IPO).
From November 15 to November 17, the IPO was open for subscription. The company aimed to generate around Rs 1,024 crore through an initial public offering (IPO) of 150 crore equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.32 crore equity shares sold by promoters and an investor.
During the three days of the IPO bidding procedure, Tarsons Products obtained subscriptions for 77.49 times the number of shares offered. The company’s shares have a grey market premium of $170 from the higher end of the pricing band.
